Business Transformation Manufacturing Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the introduction of new products and process changes within the facility.

• Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes using data-driven and lean principles.

• Provide process support and troubleshooting guidance to production and engineering teams.

• Support the implementation of new process technologies and system improvements.

• Translate technical issues between business, operations, and engineering teams.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and profitability.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or 5+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical background.

• Experience with PTC Windchill PLM and SAP.

• Solid understanding of engineering/manufacturing processes and bills of material (BOMs).

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.

Preferred Skills

• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.

• Project management and change implementation background.

• Familiarity with process modeling, simulation, or ergonomics.

• Experience integrating new equipment or technologies into production.
