Job Overview

The candidate works as a business analyst assisting customer care representative by creating Integrated Troubleshooting Guides for business customers with their current services. Responsible for tools activities by enabling portal access, updating configuration logic for automated portal access, and other configuration changes to how customer tickets are worked.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Configuring proof of concept answer flow for dev validation.
• Configuring production troubleshooting guides as per client requirement specified from the user story
• Perform UAT testing before handing it back to the business.
• Assess impact in the platform of a design change
• Creating/configuring codes for BMC Remedy/TTS
• Creating/configuring ticket routing logic from Remedy/TTS
• Assess impact in the platform of a ticketing change
• Work with Development, Application support and other support teams for escalation / issues
• Keep self-updated on process updates
• Provide suggestions to the lead update the SOPs and documents wherever required

Education

Any graduation with basic computer knowledge

Qualifications and Skills:

• Good Communication Skills and prior experience in customer support/technical support
• Basic troubleshooting knowledge
• Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office
• Any experience in Oracle Knowledge management tools will be preferred though is not a must

Salary and Other Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is $63,000 - $66,000 per year, dependent on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
