Key Responsibilities:

• Find New Clients: Identify and target potential clients to secure new business.
• Market Analysis: Study local and expansion markets to find sales opportunities.
• Develop Strategies: Create pricing and business development plans.
• Prepare Materials: Write proposals, respond to RFPs, and create sales presentations.
• Collaborate: Work with local management and Regional VPs on sales opportunities.
• Follow Up: Track leads, follow up on referrals, and prepare status reports.
• Brand Building: Plan activities to boost our brand in your market.
• Negotiate Deals: Handle sales terms, contract details, and implementation timelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• A college degree in business or a related field is required.
• At least three years of experience in business development or B2B sales, ideally with a focus on selling services to businesses.
• Must be able to undergo an extensive screening process.
