Job Description:
- Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives.
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.
- Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance.
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
- Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group.
- Responsible for ongoing monitoring and identification of risks for Production Support and Command Center.
- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives.
- Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations.
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership.
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures.
- Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners.
- Capable of meeting strict deadlines, excel in a collaborative environment, comfortable with change and have a strong desire to do what is right.
- 7 plus years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Experience in Payments and Settlements
- Knowledge and understanding of Payments and settlements
- Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of operations policies and procedures
- Experience developing and managing relationships
- Knowledge and understanding of report creation: ad hoc reports in an operational environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills.

- The Payment Services Liquidity Operations team supports key top of house affiliate, external financial institution and clearing platform accounts.
- In addition, the role will define and execute key strategies and capabilities on payment prioritization at the product, channel and Client level.
- The ideal candidate will have experience of banking operations, payment and settlement systems, cash flows and settlements for banks.
- 6 plus years of Transactions and Processing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Deep understanding of payment flows, payment rails and liquidity impacts.
- Experience with Payment functions
- Experience within financial services industry, and preferably will have worked in a similar role.
- Proven ability in partnering, collaborating, and building relationships with stakeholders, including line of business and functional leaders across a complex, matrixed environment
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with a focus on delivery management.
- Strong multi-tasking capabilities.
- A clear and concise communication style that can simplify the complex and ensure a common understanding can be quickly reached.
- Strong analysis skills to get to the core of issues.
- Able to multi-task to accomplish tasks effectively.
- Ability to work quickly & accurately while maintaining acceptable standards of workmanship.
- Ability to conceptualize, develop, and implement process improvements.
- Strong attention to detail and analytic aptitude
- Proven ability in partnering, collaborating, and building relationships with stakeholders, including line of business and functional leaders across a complex, matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong track record of delivering results including demonstrated project and initiatives management and execution.
- Demonstrated sound decision-making approach to complex problems
- Experience managing high-risk, complex functions and controls
- Experience with risk/issue management, root cause analysis, and process improvement
- Experience managing operations businesses heavily rooted in regulatory risk in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Operational management experience, including development and monitoring of key operational performance measurement.
