Position Description:
Business analysts needed to support a client's Momentum ERP system operations and maintenance, tier 3 support, and system upgrade support. The role requires knowledge of federal financial and/or acquisitions management, analytical skills, and good communication skills. Candidate should have experience elucidating requirements and building designs, working with developers, and supporting client requirements gathering and business process re-engineering. ERP experience desired.
This position is located in Washington, DC.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Perform requirements gathering and tracking, analyzing business processes, recommending improvements, providing tier 2/3 functional support, creating/updating designs, creating/maintaining documentation, resolving user issues, identifying and reporting defects, conducting demos, testing configuration changes, testing/troubleshooting software functionality, creating/updating release notes, working with technical/development teams to resolve software issues, and support user acceptance testing
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Knowledge of federal financial systems or project management experience - including Quality Management, Communications Management, and Risk Management; Some experienced with Software Development Lifecycles.
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
Knowledge of Momentum Financials/Acquisitions
Agile Methodologies
Software Release Management

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $69,700.00 - $169,700.00.
