Program Management Analyst

Your growth matters to us - explore our career development opportunities. This is a Program Management Analyst role focused on supporting a project from concept to completion, coordinating with stakeholders to keep programs on a productive path.

On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of client efforts. You’ll work with key stakeholders to develop integrated master schedules, review contracts, and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources such as Microsoft Project, and have regular interactions with senior program managers, SMEs, and stakeholders across multiple programs.

You Have

• Experience supporting contract management with DoD acquisition programs
• Experience developing programmatic schedules such as Integrated Master Schedules
• Experience using Microsoft Project and Excel
• Knowledge of IPS Pillars for Federal Acquisition processes
• Knowledge of Navy ships, submarines, or unmanned systems
• Ability to operate independently within a team environment

Nice If You Have

• Experience with ACAT 1 programs
• Knowledge of NAVSEA contracting processes or acting as a COR
• Possession of excellent organizational and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a Business field
• PMP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
