Role: Business Analyst

We are seeking a talented and outgoing Business Analyst to join our team and help drive our business forward.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data to support business decisions.
Work with the Account object in Client to manage and analyze customer data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor business performance.
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise presentations.
Assist in the implementation of new systems and processes to enhance business operations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Client, specifically the Account object.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outgoing personality with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with other CRM systems and business intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Project management experience or certification.
• Good Product management experience.
• Data analytics using SQL and Python.
• Reporting and dashboarding experience using tableau and PowerBI
• Collaboration experience with marketing and sales team.
• MS engineering degree with MBA.
• San Jose based resource.
• Worked in Cisco and Service now corporates.
• Scrum agile experience.
• Client experience.
