Job Description:

Client: Banking

Location: Charlotte, NC (Candidates must be able/willing to work 3 days per week onsite in Charlotte, NC.)

Length: 12+ month Assignment

Pay: $45 - $50/hour W2

Skills:

• 6+ years of business analysis experience within a large enterprise environment.
• Strong Agile experience, well-versed with Agile framework and able to lead meetings associated to the framework.
• Strong experience writing business, functional, and technical requirements, creating user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to work with business and technical teams and asking detailed, in-depth questions to gather necessary information to compose requirements.
• Experience managing initiatives from end to end, working with scrum teams, developers, testing team, SMEs, possibly vendors, etc.
• Self-motivated, driven, problem solver.
• Not afraid to learn new technologies and ask questions.
• Knowing when and how to escalate issues.
• Knowing and practicing SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)
• Relationship Management skills - working with all levels of an organization.
• Team Player
