Business Analyst - Manufacturing/CPG
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in software systems and supply chain technologies to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and enjoys bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support and/or implement software systems, partnering closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions.
  
• Perform detailed software testing and validation in Agile environments, ensuring system integrity and accuracy.
  
• Read, interpret, and effectively communicate API functionality to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  
• Develop clear documentation including user stories, process flows, test cases, and technical specifications.
  
• Partner with stakeholders in manufacturing and CPG industries to optimize warehouse management systems, supply chain technologies, EDI processes, and related tools.

Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience supporting or implementing software systems, ideally in a business analysis or product management role.
  
• 4 years of combined experience with warehouse management systems, supply chain technologies, EDI implementation, or similar domains.
  
• Proven experience performing rigorous software testing and validation in Agile environments.
  
• Strong understanding of APIs with the ability to translate technical details into business context.
  
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Industry experience in manufacturing or consumer packaged goods (CPG) is required.
