Business Analyst

Adecco is currently assisting a client in their search to fill Business Analyst positions located in Miami FL 33132 (Remote)
Pay Rate $ 57.65/hr.
Monday -Friday, 8:00am to 5pm
Duration: 09+ Months Contract
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required; Finance, Business, Economics, or Math undergrad majors preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a related or similar role in a high growth professional organization
• Self-starter, ability to work autonomously and as part of a cross-functional team
• Strong Excel modeling skills & SFDC experience required
• Strong understanding of SaaS business & sales models
Desired Skills:
• Prior experience working and partnering with a rapidly growing sales organization highly desired.
• Strong business partnering and relationship building skills.
Additional role, initiative and group information:
• We are seeking a person to help drive our Deal Desk activities to help support the growth of our sales and commercial teams within the company.
• This position will be joining the best-in-class Deal Desk team.
• This position is to cover for a current team member who will be on leave, and role will be for 9 months.
Reporting into the Deal Desk Team, you will have input and responsibilities for the following:
• Deal structuring, modeling and commercial terms consultation upon request by sales team members and by systematic review of quotes exhibiting non-standard pricing
• Guidance on discounting, term length, payment terms and promotional pricing
• Consultation across various Client's routes-to-market and buying programs
• Advising sales on non-standard commercial terms and playbooks
• Building relationships and trust across a global sales organization
• Develop strong collaborative relationships with the key stakeholders in Sales, Legal, Finance & Accounting to effectively drive cross-functional projects with these teams Ad-hoc analysis on various sales metrics
