Please review the following job description:

Analyze and evaluate internal systems, procedures or processes of a particular business unit. Prepare reports for managers to utilize in making strategic and operational business decisions.

Hours: rotating between 8:15am - 5:15pm and 9:30am - 6:30pm

In office 4 days per week when working regular schedule and in office 5 days per week when working late schedule

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Support project-oriented work efforts of problem identification and resolution, performance, productivity improvement and quality enhancements and delivery.

2. Assist in single-system or program implementation, develop and test any training as a result of conclusions reached in project-related activities or policy change.

3. Gather data, create and maintain databases in order to compile and prepare reports, graphs, and charts to help establish procedures and quality control standards.

4. Proactively participate in review of and updates to procedures to meet business unit changes, to insure compliance with policies and government regulations.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

1. High school or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.

2. Operational knowledge of assigned line of business.

3. Proficient in basic computer applications such as MicroSoft Office software products

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

5. Ability to work and think independently

Additional Job Description ?:

1.Communicate with Corporate Investigations regarding incoming wire fraud and send messages to other financial institutions regarding wire fraud

2.Review and approve internal business unit wire access requests for MTS and non-standard wire applications

3.Process large dollar wire transactions and obtain verbal approvals as needed
