Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze inventory data, cycle counts, and transaction activity to pinpoint and resolve inventory discrepancies for ongoing accuracy.
• Collaborate with Operations to examine cycle count results and implement corrective actions to enhance inventory precision.
• Support data-informed inventory decisions through variance analysis, system audits, and advanced visualization tools like PowerBI and Excel.
• Regularly monitor inventory health metrics to foster continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain models that facilitate cycle counts, stock adjustments, and inventory movement analysis, working jointly with Finance and DC leadership on insights concerning shrink, accuracy, and throughput.
• Act as a bridge between operational teams and IT, providing feedback and support for WMS enhancements and user needs.
• Contribute to creating business requirements and user stories for system improvements related to inventory.
• Execute and document user acceptance testing (UAT) for enhancements in WMS functionality.
• Train operational users on best practices in inventory transaction management and efficient system use.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field; with one to three years of relevant experience or equivalent education and training.
• Demonstrated expertise in inventory control, root cause analysis, and distribution center operations.
• Proficient in SQL, Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, INDEX/MATCH), and PowerBI or similar BI tools.
• Solid grasp of inventory accuracy Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the ability to translate insights into operational enhancements.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems platforms (e.g., Korber, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
