Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously enhance and maintain budgeting, forecasting, and profitability processes, reports, tools, and documentation.
• Conduct periodic and ad hoc financial data analysis, queries, reconciliations, and reports as required by the Board of Directors, Executive Team, or to meet external client or audit requests.
• Review and analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management.
• Monitor and analyze financial and operational data and performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances.
• Perform analyses and reporting for corporate functions, including monthly financials, budget-to-actual comparisons, periodic forecasting, aggregated financial profitability, and graphical summaries of financial performance.
• Manage and support the process, methodology, concepts, and priorities of the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting functions.
• Undertake other tasks as requested.

Education and Experience Needed:

• BA or BS in Accounting, Finance or Economics
• A minimum of two years' work experience in a financial analyst role
• A minimum of 1 years' experience in a budgeting and forecasting team/role
• Excel Advanced
• Experience with Power BI highly desired
• Prior experience working with stakeholders and senior leadership helpful.
