Job Title: Billing/Collections Specialist

Location: Santa Ana, CA
Pay: $30/hr. - $32/hr.
Position Summary
The Customer Relations Account Specialist ensures timely and accurate billing and payment collection, serving as a liaison between customers and internal teams. This full-time role reports to the Customer Relations Supervisor and plays a key part in driving process efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices accurately and on time
  
• Resolve billing issues and answer customer inquiries
  
• Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely payments
  
• Validate contracts and billing procedures
  
• Collaborate with field and internal teams
  
• Provide training and support to peers
  
• Maintain strong customer relationships

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
  
• 3-5 years in billing/accounts receivable preferred
  
• Experience with contracts, pay applications, and lien waivers preferred
  
• Strong communication, math, and problem-solving skills
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Dynamics 365, Great Plains, Salesforce, or TCR is a plus

Work Environment

• Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (40 hours/week)
  
• Primarily desk-based with occasional lifting (10-25 lbs.)
  
• Regular communication and collaboration required
