Responsibilities for a Billing Clerk IV include but are not limited to:

• Compile, create, and manage invoice documentation for customer contracts, including government accounts with complex requirements.

• Perform operational invoicing by running reports, pulling data from systems like Maximo , and preparing invoices using Excel .

• Track and reconcile gross invoice revenue and receivables metrics through monthly reports and summary sheets.

• Investigate and resolve accounts receivable (A/R) inquiries , assist with collections, and support month-end journal entries.

Candidates for Billing Clerk IV must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Proficiency in Excel is required, including data management and reporting.

• 2-5 years of Accounts Receivable (A/R) experience , preferably in construction, HVAC, or government contract invoicing.

• Strong attention to detail and proactive communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders and resolving discrepancies.

• A college degree in Business Management, STEM, or related field is preferred. Experience with Maximo, Costpoint, Deltek, or Oracle is a plus.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
