Job Overview:
As a Mobile Sales Associate, you will be an integral member of a dynamic Retail Team, bringing the T-Mobile brand to life. As a passionate brand ambassador, you will convert excitement for our products and services into meaningful customer experiences. In this fast-paced environment brimming with technological advancements and evolving customer needs, you’ll be dedicated to creating strong connections and showcasing unmatched relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service and boost loyalty by:
- Assisting customers in resuming their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
- Understanding customers' individual needs and showcasing the latest technology with hands-on demonstrations.
- Collaborating with fellow employees to provide personalized solutions that go beyond just devices, including unique accessories and cutting-edge IoT devices.
- Addressing service and sales requirements with composure, integrity, and compassion. - Become proficient in utilizing digital tools to enhance customer interactions by:
- Demonstrating our extensive network coverage and the advantages of T-Mobile’s plans.
- Completing training on T-Mobile’s in-store procedures, processes, and systems to deepen your knowledge. - Establish partnerships within the T-Mobile family across various channels to:
- Own the customer experience by resolving issues effectively, providing a seamless environment.
- Identify and handoff small business leads.
- Promote teamwork and inclusivity in the workplace.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Minimum of 6 months in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a Retail environment (Required)
Skills and Attributes:
- Enthusiastic customer advocate with an authentic approach to connecting with customers (Required)
- Strong competitive mindset with a history of thriving in fast-paced sales contexts (Required)
- Eagerness to learn and collaborate with peers and store leaders to achieve shared goals (Required)
- Able to balance customer needs with performance targets (Required)
Basic Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Compensation:
Hourly Base Pay: $20.00, with an additional training pay of $5.00 per hour. Within your first 90 days, you will receive on-the-job training and are eligible for training pay. After successful completion, you will be promoted to the Mobile Expert position, potentially earning an annual incentive target of $18,000/year based on performance and full-time status. All employees at T-Mobile will earn at least $20/hour, combining base pay and incentives. Every T-Mobile employee also qualifies for an Annual Stock Grant!
