Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders, provide product recommendations, and address account inquiries using state-of-the-art technology.

• Become a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you with the knowledge to answer questions about products, pricing, and shipping promptly and confidently.

• Establish strong business relationships with customers via phone, email, and chat.

• Assess customer needs and recommend the best Uline solutions.

• Guide customers in navigating Uline's website and online ordering.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred .

• Strong problem-solving, listening, and communication skills are essential.

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus , but we are willing to train motivated individuals!

• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written communication.
