Behavior Technician Support, Empower, Transform (School-Based)

Are you passionate about helping students thrive? As a Behavior Technician, you'll be a key part of a school-based team supporting students with special needs. From guiding daily routines to reinforcing positive behaviors, your role helps create a safe, structured, and encouraging environment where every student can succeed.

Pay: $24$27/hour (based on experience)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing hands-on support to students with behavioral and developmental needs
• Assisting with individualized learning and behavior plans
• Collaborating with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists to track progress
• Helping foster a calm, consistent, and uplifting classroom experience

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
• Current CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB questionnaire, PPD test, or chest x-ray (if applicable)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
