About the Role:

As a Behavior Technician, you will:

• Work directly with individuals with special needs to implement behavioral and educational programs.

• Collaborate with school professionals, therapists, and other behavioral specialists.

• Support clients in developing essential life and social skills.

• Track progress and assist in adjusting treatment plans as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent (required)

• At least 2 years of pediatric experience (preferred)

• Current CPR certification (if applicable)

• TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)

• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
