The Battery Manufacturing Engineering team is opening new highways with our next-generation propulsion systems. We're investing over $50 billion to build some of the most technologically advanced EV manufacturing facilities in the U.S. and E.U. to produce the next generation of Ford electric vehicles. What you'll do...

  Your previous experience in Battery and Cell manufacturing process shall serve you to analyze manufacturing feasibility / new product evaluation and requirement for existing production plant with minimal changes / Analyze and report manufacturing capacity in a various situation with strong understanding of cell (and module) process / cost, workforce and time calculation.

  Responsible for defining and managing the technical, timing and budget of multiple projects

  Document and track enablers and progress with internal departments, partnered companies.

  Develop and maintain primary project timelines

• n

  Drive action with internal & cross functional teams to successfully complete projects within time & resource constraints

• n

  Track project progress & report effectively on status, blockers & changes to customer as well as internal senior management

  Track project costs & drive cost management improvement

  n

• n

You'll have...

• n

  B.S in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or relevant degree

  n
n
• n

  Minimum 5 years of high-volume manufacturing process support or development related experience. Experience in battery manufacturing is a plus.

• n

  Self-starting, self-directed with extremely good influential, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  n
n
• n

  Strong manufacturing background with heavy emphasis on production experience

  n
n
• n

  Ability to travel for specific requirements (planned, not a program position)

• n

  Strong leadership skills
