Job Summary

Shake it up and serve with style! As a Bartender, you will create memorable beverage experiences, serve guests efficiently, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hospitality. Youll prepare cocktails and other beverages, follow proper drink recipes, and ensure an inviting and energetic atmosphere behind the bar.

Qualifications:

Minimum age of 21
Valid food handler and alcohol service certifications (as required by local law)
Experience with POS systems and cash handling
Prior bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale environment
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Follow standard recipes and presentation specifications
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Manage inventory and requisition bar supplies
Adhere to all responsible alcohol service guidelines
Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere
Assist in setup and breakdown of the bar before and after service
