We are seeking a passionate hospitality professional with strengths in service, thorough knowledge of the guests experience, and exceptional beyond compare service attitude for the position of Bartender. The Bartender is responsible for welcoming guests with energy and enthusiasm while providing top-notch service and ensuring that all guests have the highest quality experience possible.

The primary responsibilities for the Bartender will include but are not limited to:

• Welcoming guests with enthusiasm and a friendly demeanor.
• Interacting with guests providing a personalized service to create a memorable experience
• Preparing and serving drinks in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
• Providing personalized service
• Recording all sales using the appropriate register and following all cash handling procedures. Maintaining cash bank, guest checks, and processing all guest payments according to established procedures.
• Completing open, close, and side duties including cleaning tables, stocking supplies, washing, and stocking glassware, and assisting in maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area.
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Following all safety and hygiene standards.
• Always providing the highest quality of service to guests.
• Performing all other duties as deemed necessary by management.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least (2) or more years of experience in Hospitality, with a combination of previous Food & Beverage in a Luxury environment preferred.
• Must have flexible night and weekend availability to fulfill this role.
• Requires a thorough knowledge of food and beverage service, as well as luxury core standards.
• Must have knowledge of different types of alcohol and be able to make various classic and modern cocktails.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
