Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
• Assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and or business solution.
• Researching, gathering, and synthesizing information.
• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Capital Markets Data Management Applications is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Agile Scrum Project Management is recommended. Business Process Design, Requirements Analysis, Business Model Strategy, and UI/UX Design at an advanced proficiency level are suggested.
• Develop innovative strategies for optimizing business processes and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions
• Conduct in-depth analysis of customer requirements and provide strategic recommendations
• Lead UI UX design initiatives to enhance user experience
• Implement Agile Scrum methodologies to streamline project management processes

Location Requirement: This role requires onsite 3 days a week in NY or NJ.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 9 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Minimum of 9 years of experience as an Agile Scrum PM
• Financial Services/Banking experience
• HS Diploma / GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Associates degree
• Capital Markets experience

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey or Washington as set forth below.

California $70 to $80/hour

Colorado $70 to $80/hour

District of Columbia $70 to $80/hour

Illinois $70 to $80/hour

Minnesota $70 to $80/hour

Maryland $70 to $80/hour

New York/New Jersey $70 to $80/hour

Washington $70 to $80/hour
