Experience working in an AWS environment. They will be the technical sme within cloud permissions.

Experience Utilizing Wiz- Wiz has the ability to see the IAM rules that are not adhering to specific polices. Have an understanding and be able to find out what the right permissions are, how you should get the right permissions in place, what are the right guardrails to put into place.

Ideally, they will have some experience with SilverFort

Experience collaborating with leaders and stakeholders. The security teams don't own the environments so this individual will have to coordinate with the stakeholder who does. Finding vulnerabilities and get remediations plans in place.
• Design and optimize IAM policies, SCPs, and trust relationships in AWS
• Enforce identity controls using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CDK)
• Remediate drift in AWS Identity Center and ensure consistent access posture
• Collaborate with cloud security and IAM teams to simulate identity-based threats
• Identify misconfigurations and excessive permissions across AWS accounts
• 5+ years in cloud IAM or AWS security engineering roles
• Strong experience with AWS IAM, SCPs, and trust policies
• Proficiency in Terraform or AWS CDK for identity enforcement
• Familiarity with cloud threat modeling and identity attack techniques
• Experience with AWS Identity Center and permission boundaries
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $68.00 - $73.00/hr.
