This is a FT Direct Hire position. Are you passionate about automation? Are you looking for work in a clean temperature-controlled facility? In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting automated systems and equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal downtime. This position plays a key role in supporting both daily operations and long-term system optimization across production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and calibrate automation and control systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot faults in PLCs, SCADA systems, robotics, and other automated equipment.
• Develop and modify PLC and HMI programs; maintain system documentation.
• Monitor system performance and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and production staff to resolve issues.
• Provide technical support and training for staff on automation systems.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation for all maintenance and repair activities.

Well Qualified Candidates Will Bring:

• Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 25 years experience in automation, industrial maintenance, or related roles.
• Proficiency in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
• Experience with SCADA systems and HMI interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of robotics and industrial automation.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Familiarity with industrial safety standards.

• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell) are a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces or noisy environments.
• Flexibility to support multi-shift operations and be on-call as needed.
• Willingness to travel (up to 25%).
