The Atrium Health Department of Urology is part of the nationally recognized Levine Children’s Hospital by U.S. News & World Report (2021). We are a growing academic department, with its own residency and fellowship programs, providing comprehensive treatment of urologic conditions to patients of all ages.

We are seeking a BC/BE Urologist with strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a close-knit, community-oriented setting to join a team of three new Urologists. AH Urology Shelby is a brand-new practice, part of our urology faculty program including 18 faculty members covering the full spectrum of urologic care and a fully accredited residency program with two residents per year, as well as a Urologic Oncology Fellowship. All faculty will have the opportunity to participate in weekly Urology education conferences, fostering continuous learning, collaboration, and professional growth. The Urology Residency Program emphasizes education, creating a rich academic environment that benefits the entire care team. The candidate will have opportunities to participate in research, education, and projects aimed at advancing urologic patient care across the system. Leadership structures connect community urologists with mentors locally and regionally, facilitating pathways to positive impact.
