Veterinary Technician Assistant Supervisor Emergency & Critical Care

Woburn, MA | $30 - $38/hr (higher with VTS!) | Full-Time

Schedule: 3 days per week, 9AM-9PM, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

What You'll Do: Lead and support our Emergency & Critical Care teamhelping with staffing, training, communication, and client carewhile ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional patient care. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Overseeing daily operations and staffing to keep things running smoothly
• Supporting hiring, training, performance reviews, and staff development
• Partnering with hospital leadership on goals, payroll, and workflow
• Promoting collaboration, communication, and client satisfaction across teams
• Providing leadership, guidance, and problem-solving support

• College/tech school education or equivalent experience
• Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
