Associate - Talent Acquisition Systems
As a tester in Talent Acquisition Operations at Capital One, you will be part of a smart, talented team responsible for partnering with the recruitment organization and our downstream HR partners to continuously improve our recruiter and candidate experience. The qualified candidate will be primarily responsible for performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for an internal interviewing system in conjunction with testing in other Talent Acquisition tools such as Workday, Salesforce and Eightfold.
Responsibilities:
- Review requirements with our Product partners, design & execute Test Cases from a user perspective
- Utilize our Workday & Salesforce test environments in conjunction with the internal interviewing system to perform User Acceptance Testing and troubleshoot system issues
- Engage with Talent Acquisition, Tech and Product teams and/or HR partner groups to test and resolve system issues
- Log defects/bugs found in our system of record to prove the development team with details of issues found
- Create and maintain job aids to assist recruiters with system steps and procedural guidance
- Facilitate demos of the tool to stakeholders and run ad hoc trainings as needed to Recruiting partners
- Participate as a team member in agile pod work to enhance the Interviewing, Workday & Salesforce Recruiting experience
We are looking for individuals who excel in a collaborative team environment, have strong verbal and written communication skills, able to manage multiple priorities, can proactively identify and solve problems, and possess the ability to adapt to change quickly.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of User Acceptance Testing experience - designing & executing Test Cases
- At least 1 year of experience working in an Interviewing system and/or Workday Recruiting experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of process management experience
- 1+ year of training experience
- Experience Working in an Agile environment, preferably using Jira
- Proficiency with GSuite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service skills, attention to detail and decision making skills
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $71,200 - $81,300 for HR Associate
Richmond, VA: $64,700 - $73,900 for HR Associate
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
