Associate or Professor of Clinical Pediatrics (Transplantation and Cellular Therapy)-CHLA

Overview

The University of Southern California (USC), founded in 1880, is the largest private employer in the City of Los Angeles. The Keck School of Medicine (KSOM) of USC and Children\'s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) are actively seeking a full-time faculty member for the position of Transplantation and Cellular Therapy Medical Director in the Department of Pediatrics, Division of Hematology-Oncology.

The successful candidate will hold a primary academic appointment in the Department of Pediatrics at the USC Keck School of Medicine at the level of Associate Professor or Professor of Clinical Pediatrics. In this position, he/she is expected to serve primarily as the Medical Director of the Transplantation and Cellular Therapy service with the remainder of the time dedicated to research and administration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Medical Director of the Transplantation and Cellular Therapy service.
• Maintain a primary academic appointment in the Department of Pediatrics at the level of Associate Professor or Professor of Clinical Pediatrics.
• Allocate time for research and administrative duties in addition to clinical leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Associate Professor or Professor of Clinical Pediatrics with a focus in transplantation and cellular therapy (as described in the job posting).
