Job Type: Full TimeShift: 1st shift (Mon-Fri from 6:00 am 2:30 pm)
Pay range: $20.50/hr - 21.50/hr

Principal Accountabilities:
- Weighing, packing, and labeling candy products as determined by printed work orders and/or component statements
- Documenting completed work orders and recording finished goods build data
- Inspect raw materials and verify product labeling to ensure accuracy and quality
- Routine inventory audits
- Operating forklift
- Use of scanners and computer as necessary
- Interacting regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement
- Coordinating and preparing work aligned with the supply and demand plan and production schedule
- Collaborate during high-volume peak with different departments
- Understanding and adhering to all Cargill safety rules and regulations
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production warehouse facility
- Ability to work in varied indoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation
- ???????Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
- ???????Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
- Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice
- Ability to operate machinery and/or light industrial equipment with or without reasonable accommodation
- Experience in a production environment
Preferred:
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills
- Forklift experience operating both sit down and stand-up forklifts as well as electric hand jacks
- High school diploma/GED or a minimum of two years equivalent work experience in a production environment ???????
- Experience in a food manufacturing production environment
