As an Assistant Manager, you'll help America Run on Dunkin' through the day-to-day operations of our restaurants. You will assist the Restaurant Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You'll also assist with local store marketing to achieve sales and profit goals while helping team members through performance and training initiatives.

• At least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• Being 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• Knowing what it takes to be in the smile-making business and having exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
• Being all in for starting your day bright and early and ready to begin your workday at 4 am.
• Maintaining open availability to accommodate any changes or variations in the work or location's schedule.
