Assembly Worker

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking Assembly Workers to join their team. As an Assembly worker, you will be part of the production department supporting automotive assembly lines. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, safety consciousness, and a strong sense of urgency which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly

Location: Shepherdsville, KY

Pay Range: $18.00/hr. Days, $19.00/hr. Nights

Shift: 12-hour days and nights, A and B shifts

What's the Job?

Perform assembly tasks on automotive components
Maintain safety standards at all times
Follow detailed instructions and quality guidelines
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

What's Needed?

Ability to work 12-hour shifts
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
Previous assembly experience or warehouse/production experience - automotive assembly experience a plus!
Strong attention to detail
Safety-conscious mindset
