As an assembler/molder, you will be responsible for creating various products from materials such as cables, batteries and base foundations. Your role involves molding, forming, casting, shaping, or carving these products to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Mold, form, cast, shape, or carve products from one or several materials.
• Operate machines and tooling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure quality standards are met in the production process.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

Essential Skills

• Experience in mold, tooling, and injection molding.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with tool and die.
• Proficiency in machine operating and general labor tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in stamping and automation processes.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Work Environment

The position operates on a shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The work involves handling plastic materials and automation technologies in a structured setting. Be prepared to stand for extended periods while ensuring a high standard of safety and quality.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fall River, Massachusetts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
