Become the Case Management Director You've Always Wanted to Be

As a Case Management Director, you will:

• Manage the daily operations and human resources of the Case Management department.
• Oversee interdisciplinary care plans and discharge processes to enhance patient care outcomes.
• Advocate for patients and their families, ensuring services align with their needs.
• Provide training and support to Case Managers and staff, emphasizing regulatory guidelines and operational procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance entities, employers, and healthcare networks.
• Recognize and celebrate the achievements of your dedicated team members.

Qualifications

• CCM® or ACMTM certification is preferred.
• Current licensure may be required based on your professional discipline.
• Bachelor's degree required (BSN for nursing) with a graduate degree preferred.
• A minimum of three years of hospital-based case management experience is necessary.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
