Paving Asphalt Concrete Foreman/Assistant Superintendent/Superintendent

Our client is looking for an experienced Asphalt-Concrete Foreman/Superintendent in Sarasota, St. Petersburg, Bradenton, Palmetto Florida area.

Must have Asphalt-Concrete Paving experience working on FDOT projects.

Personnel and equipment management is essential.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and assist labor and machine operators.

Assist with daily production coordination and scheduling.

Attention to safety and quality is a must.

Need to have an understanding of equipment operations and maintenance requirements.

Must demonstrate effective means and methods for FDOT paving operations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in roadway construction and concrete-asphalt paving.

Knowledge of FDOT concrete-paving standards and specifications.

Able to work with a team, and provide leadership.

Able to read and understand project plans.

3 to 5 years experience in Heavy Civil Industry.
