Trillium Construction is currently seeking a Contract Construction Superintendent to oversee a three-month project in Pensacola, FL.

This role is responsible for the daily on-site management of construction activities, ensuring the project progresses on schedule, within scope, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. You will represent Trillium's client on-site and play a key role in the successful execution of the project.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage all day-to-day construction operations on-site.
• Supervise subcontractors, schedule work, and ensure adherence to the project timeline.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
• Conduct daily jobsite meetings and maintain accurate project documentation and logs.
• Communicate effectively with the client, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor quality control and resolve any issues or delays as they arise.
• Ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

Additional information:

• Contract role with a duration of approximately 3 months.
• Must be available to be on-site daily in Pensacola, FL.
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience, up to $40/hour.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Proven ability to manage commercial or light industrial construction projects.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and site safety best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple subcontractor teams.
• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Current OSHA 30 certification preferred.
