Architect Level I/Level II

We are looking for an Architect Level I/Level II to start working for a client of ours in Charleston, SC as soon as possible. This candidate will be responsible for specific technical design aspects of an assigned major project, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions that best meet the client's needs.

Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of architectural experience.
• Licensed architect or actively pursuing licensure.
• Professional degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
• Must reside in the southeastern United States or the US Virgin Islands, as this position requires in-office or hybrid work.
• Experience with FEMA-funded projects is advantageous.
• Familiarity with other federal government design projects and processes is a plus.
• Capable of coordinating project design, developing innovative design concepts, and preparing presentation and design drawings.
• Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States

Pay Rate: $70k - $90k
