Archer Developer

Duration: 12 months contract

Job Description:

• We are seeking a skilled Archer GRC Developer to design, develop, and maintain Archer applications and integrations that support our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Archer workflow design, data feeds, questionnaires, access control, and reporting tools. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Application & Workflow Development

• Design and build Archer applications, questionnaires, and workflows based on business requirements.

• Configure data-driven events, calculated fields, and advanced workflow logic.

• Maintain and enhance existing applications with minimal disruption to users.

Data Integration & Management

• Develop and manage data feeds using Archer Data Feed Manager.

• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance during data imports and publications.

• Perform data mapping and transformation to align external data with Archer schema.

Access Control & Security

• Configure role-based access and record-level permissions.

• Audit and troubleshoot access issues and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Reporting & Dashboards

• Create and optimize reports, dashboards, iViews, and workspaces tailored to user roles.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights through visualizations.

Notifications & Automation

• Design notification templates and workflows to support automated alerts and escalations.

• Implement conditional logic for dynamic notifications based on user actions or data changes.

Experience:

• Hands-on experience with Archer platform development.

• Strong understanding of Archer use cases, architecture, and data model.

• Experience with workflow design, data feeds, questionnaires, and access control.

• Knowledgeable in SQL.

Skills:

• Archer or RSA Archer, SQL, API

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline

• 5-10+ years' experience with application development and support
