Hybrid in Charlotte, NC

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Angular Developer to join our dynamic team supporting a Fortune 150 client. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with a strong background in front-end development, particularly in Angular, and a passion for creating innovative solutions. You will be part of a team that manages multiple web applications using Agile/Scrum/XP methods, with a focus on upgrading, optimizing, and delivering new features and enhancements.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis. For our W2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Rate: $70 - $75 / hr. W2

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, fully tested solutions using Angular and AWS infrastructure.
• Work independently on complex projects while collaborating effectively with team members.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Implement and promote cybersecurity and coding standards and best practices.
• Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies.
• Debug issues across distributed systems.
• Create proofs of concept to demonstrate technical feasibility and innovation.
• Recognize system flaws and document/speak up about them.
• Work closely with team lead and product owner to help guide and achieve product visions.

Experience Requirements:

• Angular 2+ (Required)
• AWS (Highly Desired)
• Python / AWS Lambda (Nice to have)
• Cloud-native APIs (Nice to have)
• Experience with Git / GitHub / GitHub Actions is preferred.
• Experience with Lambda / API Gateway / Dynamo DB is a plus.
• Kafka and Data Fabric experience is advantageous.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field OR 5+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer in lieu of a degree
