Applicator - Agriculture Operations

Job Description
Gpac is currently seeking a dependable and safety-focused Custom Applicator to join a high-performing agricultural team in Northwest Pennsylvania. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain equipment used to apply fertilizers and crop protection products
  
• Ensure all applications are performed safely, legally, and accurately
  
• Maintain detailed application records and complete necessary documentation
  
• Collaborate with agronomy and operations staff to support daily workflow
  
• Assist with general facility and equipment upkeep as needed
  
• Load/unload products and support warehouse tasks during downtime or off-season
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating application equipment or farm machinery preferred
  
• Strong understanding of crop protection products and application best practices
  
• Excellent math and computer skills
  
• Able to work extended hours during peak seasons in fast-paced conditions
  
• Must be reliable, safety-minded, and have strong communication skills
  
• CDL or ability to obtain is a plus
