A healthcare system in New Jersey is actively seeking a compassionate Anesthesiologist to join their growing staff.
About the Opportunity
- Schedule:Physician shall be expected to work a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours a week. It is understood and agreed that if Employer requests Physician to work a weeknight call shift or a weekend call shift that such time shall count towards satisfying the forty-eight (48) hour requirement. When Employer requests that Physician work a weekend call shift, Employer will use best efforts to schedule Physician's weekday schedule so that Physician's total hours for the week do not exceed forty-eight (48) hours. For example, if 18 BE:.1/RWJat Employer's request Physician works twenty-four (24) hours of weekend call, then Employer will use best efforts to insure that Physician's weekday schedule would be limited to twenty-four (24) hours so that Physician would work a total of forty-eight (48) hours in the week. ? Employer shall use best efforts to assign general anesthesiology call in a manner where it is divided equitably among all of the similarly situated physicians who take general anesthesiology call responsibilities at CMC. Physician shall participate in general anesthesiology call at CMC for a minimum amount each year of two hundred and sixty five (265) hours of weekend onsite first call. Weekend first call shall be on site and shall begin at 11:00 p.m. on Friday and continue until 7:00 a.m. the following Monday. Physician must be on-site in accordance with Medical Staff and Department bylaws, rules and regulations.
- ABA board-certified or board-eligible for new graduates
- Completed Anesthesiology residency
- New Jersey license or eligible for licensure in New Jersey
