The opportunity

Delaware North Travel is hiring full-time Anchor Bar Line Cooks to join our team at Buffalo Airport in Buffalo, New York. As an Anchor Bar Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing dishes according to recipes and chef specifications.

On July 10, 2025, Delaware North announced its US-based Travel Hospitality Services (THS) business will be sold to Areas, a global leader in travel dining and retail. The sale is expected to be finalized in the fourth quarter of 2025. Upon completion of the sale, all THS team members will become part of Areas. What will you do?

  Follow assignments for opening and closing procedures, as well as food production

  Prepare food and beverage products following recipe guidelines, using proper preparation techniques, and sanitation guidelines

  Set up and operate kitchen equipment

  Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, and sufficiently stocked

More about you

  Ability to understand recipes and food abbreviations

  n

• n

  Minimum of 6 months of experience as a prep cook or line cook

  n

• n

  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail

• n

  Ability to follow procedures, take directions, and work in a team environment

  n

• n

  Basic math skills to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements and proportions
