- Partner with radiologists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to refine imaging techniques and tailor radiation therapy plans for optimal patient outcomes.
- Ensure the precision of radiation doses, maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards for safety.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance assessments on imaging equipment, including X-rays, CT scanners, and MRIs, to ensure peak performance.
- Establish guidelines for radiation safety, actively training and educating staff on effective practices to reduce exposure risks.
- Engage in research initiatives to advance imaging technologies and develop innovative diagnostic tools.
