The Growth Marketing team is tasked with driving new subscriber acquisition & driving Disney Streaming's profitability business objectives for Disney+ and The Disney Bundle. The team is responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of user acquisition and performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a passion for the digital media landscape and understands the intricacies and unique attributes of every step in the marketing funnel.

The Affiliate Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in growing and scaling a fast-growing, affiliate marketing business in the US and Canada. The successful candidate will bring a highly analytical, creative and flexible growth mindset to the role, which will be critical to delivering breakthrough thinking for this channel. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who wants to be at the forefront of digital innovation and growth. This is a highly collaborative role which will work across the Disney business, as well as high-profile external partners.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing strategies to drive subscriber acquisition, conversion, and efficiency via the global Disney+ affiliate marketing program

• Support operational program management, including creative asset preparation, reporting, and insight aggregation

• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams like PR, brand, legal, and media strategy teams

• Regularly analyze data and metrics to identify key opportunities to improve KPI performance, increase program scale, and enhance the efficiency of marketing spend

• Build strategic relationships with key business, analytics, and technology leaders to ensure program and product success.

• Identify and recommend new affiliate partners, manage relationships with top performing partners, and implement optimization strategies to maximize partnership effectiveness

• Conduct market research to stay up to date with best practices and emerging trends

• Champion a collaborative work environment that cultivates shared understanding, transparency, autonomy, innovation, and continuous learning

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in affiliate marketing, performance media or partnership marketing

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; and/or relevant work experience

• Passion for entertainment and streaming

• Proven track record of success, working with cross-functional teams in a global or highly complex organization

• Polished communicator comfortable translating business needs into tactical plans

• Highly analytical and collaborative qualities with strong technical, strategic, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to balance competing priorities and make informed decisions in ambiguous situations

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced operational environment where change is the norm

The hiring range for this position in New York City, NY is $74,300.00-$99,600.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
