About the Team: This role will support various business sectors based on operational needs. You will work closely with agencies and multiple stakeholders to execute advertising campaigns, ensuring successful delivery and overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee campaign setup and optimize display advertising campaigns across Amazon's owned and operated inventories, as well as third-party inventories.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on campaigns, ad creatives, and landing pages.
- Meet business metrics, goals, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather campaign requirements and trafficking instructions.
- Monitor campaign delivery and troubleshoot any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of campaign details and trafficking instructions.
- Provide support for resolving ad operations issues and customer inquiries.
Team Overview: The Advertising Operations Analyst will be an integral part of Amazon's advertising operations, managing daily campaign setup, execution of digital advertising, and ensuring the smooth delivery and optimization of campaigns across various digital platforms.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated individual to help us grow our advertising business. Your role will involve working with agencies, internal account management teams, and Amazon business partners to ensure accurate setup, trafficking, and launching of advertising campaigns that achieve strong performance results for our advertisers.
This role demands an understanding of operational techniques to ensure attention to detail, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and speed. You should consistently deliver outcomes that meet or exceed expectations, understand the operational aspects of the business, and propose improvements to existing processes. Team collaboration and knowledge sharing are crucial to success in this position and will report directly to the Operations Manager.
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in sales.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fundamental understanding of digital advertising concepts and technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with MS Excel.
- Able to work cross-functionally with a diverse range of employees.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or other related master's degree; experience in e-commerce, advertising, or digital marketing is advantageous.
- Knowledge of SQL and Macros.
