Now Hiring: Temporary Sales Support / Order Processing Specialist
Location: Santa Ana, Ca
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours / week
Start Date: ASAP
Assignment Length: 5 months (temporary - busy season coverage)
Pay Rate: $20-$21/hr.
About the Role:
We're seeking a Temporary Sales Support / Order Processing Specialist to provide crucial backup support to our sales team during our peak season. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-driven environment and enjoys structured, repetitive tasks. You'll receive full training and follow clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy and consistency in every step.
Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process sales orders using NetSuite
  
• Support the sales team with day-to-day order-related tasks
  
• Serve as a backup for critical processing functions
  
• Perform light data entry using our internal database (CPP)
  
• Generate and maintain Excel reports
  
• Ensure quality and timeliness in all processing tasks

What We're Looking For:

• Exceptional attention to detail and consistency in work
  
• Ability to learn quickly and follow SOPs
  
• Strong computer proficiency , especially in Excel
  
• Positive, can-do attitude and ability to work independently
  
• Experience with NetSuite is a strong plus
  
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• No specific degree required - relevant experience is key
  
• Familiarity with:
