About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our team with essential operational tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to grow in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expense Management:

  • Assist with tracking and reconciling employee expense reports.

  • Ensure timely submission and compliance with company policies.

  • Support monthly expense reporting and budget tracking.

  • Calendar Management:

  • Coordinate and maintain calendars for team leads and executives.

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and internal events.

  • Manage scheduling conflicts and prioritize time-sensitive requests.

  • Travel Coordination:

  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

  • Prepare travel itineraries and ensure alignment with company travel policies.

  • Handle last-minute changes and cancellations efficiently.

  • Accounts Payable Support:

  • Assist with invoice processing and vendor payments.

  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and approvals.

  • Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • 0-2 years of professional experience in administrative support, finance, or operations.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with expense management tools (e.g., Concur, Expensify).

  • Familiarity with accounts payable systems or ERP platforms.

  • Prior internship or work experience in a corporate setting.
