Administrative Assistant - ONSITE

*NEEDING TO INTERVIEW SOMEONE ASAP! This client is located in Tinley Park, IL*
*Job Description*
* Monitoring between 60-70 accounts.
* Follow up with customer on payment status or past due invoices, handling "easy accounts", not a lot of digging or hounding
* Invoice uploading will be required so need some data entry/processing skills
* Responsible for check runs that happen once a week. Stuff envelopes and stamp the outgoing checks, as well as maintain the incoming US Mail.
* Some communication with the internal team to resolve issues.
* Mixture between emails and phone calls.

Customer service, Data entry, mailroom
*Additional Skills & Qualifications*
* Solid phone experience and someone who isn't scared to pick up the phone
* Call Center Experience
* Excel experience - Entry Level
* 1-2 years of office experience
* Collections experience is great but not required.
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
