Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Admin Assistant:

• Manage multiple managers' calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of meetings.
• Organize and arrange travel logistics, ensuring smooth and timely travel plans.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to prepare documents and presentations.
• Engage in a 6-month contract with the potential for extension, working in a hybrid model with occasional onsite presence in Chicago and Bolingbrook.
• Collaborate with team members to support various administrative tasks and projects.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in calendar management and meeting coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with professional email and phone etiquette.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
