Our client, a leading organization in the technology and corporate support industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant 5 to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant 5, you will be part of the Business Support team supporting executive operations and team coordination. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for executive team members
• Create and maintain expense reports and track budgets
• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members and guests
• Draft professional communications and assist with internal and external correspondence
• Support team projects and special assignments, driving process improvements

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative support roles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience working with C-Level executives and managing confidential information
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
